Here is our handy guide for everything you need to know for following the TSI World Bees IHC on a home match night

TICKETING AND LIVE STREAM

Season Tickets

• For those who purchased at the Bee-lievers rate, you should have received an email from TicketCo which includes your QR code. If you have not received this, please contact richard@dev.beesicehockey.com.
• Season tickets are now on general sale. You can secure your seats for the entire 2021/2022 season by clicking here.
• Season tickets cover 24 home NIHL league games and 4 Autumn Cup games – Please Note, our Everyone Active Cup game, Challenge games and any playoff games are not included in your season ticket.
• You will receive a QR code upon purchase of your season ticket. If you do not receive your QR code, please contact richard@dev.beesicehockey.com.
• Your QR code is valid once for each valid season ticket game. Keep it safe. The QR code is revalidated for each game.  If you lose you QR code or if you are unable to display your QR code on a mobile device (or print it out), please contact richard@dev.beesicehockey.com
• Your QR code can only be scanned once per game, and you will be issued with a wrist band to allow you to leave and re-enter the rink

Match Night Tickets

• Nothing beats being at the rink. Tickets for all 30 scheduled games NOW AVAILABLE. To purchase – click here
• We are operating reserved seating and standing in all blocks
• Ticket sales will be possible at the rink on game night from the ticketing and information point, but with the much reduced capacity at Slough Ice Arena, we strongly advise purchase in advance
• You can reserve your seats through the online ticketing system by clicking here.
• You will receive a QR code for the seat you have purchased which will permit your entry to the rink.
• If you purchase multiple seats, you will receive a group QR code which will allow the whole group entry to the rink.  Please have your group all together before your QR code is scanned.
• The QR codes are single use, and you will be issued with a wrist band to allow you to leave and re-enter the rink

Away Fans

• Away fans will be seated in block G and half of block H.
• We are operating reserved seating and standing in all blocks

Getting into the rink

• We are operating 2 queues to enter the rink
  • Season Ticket Holders
  • Pre-paid ticket holders – if you purchase a ticket at the rink, you will be given a code and asked to join the pre-paid ticket holders queue

MATCH NIGHT INFORMATION

Getting to the rink

All TSI World Bees home games will be played at Slough Ice Arena, Montem Lane, SL1 2QG. This is 3 minutes drive from J6 of the M4.
Please note – there are currently motorway improvements underway on the M4 which includes some weekend closures. Please be sure to check your route before heading to the game to avoid delays.

Parking

Parking is available at the rink – free of charge! We have been given permission to use the overflow car park (was used for the large Covid testing centre), which is linked to the rink car park, on a game night.

Arriving at the rink

• Doors will open 60 minutes before the stated faceoff time.
• We kindly ask that fans arrive as early as possible with the view to having the large majority of fans through the doors before the end of warmups (20 minutes before faceoff). Due to scanning of QR codes and issuing of wristbands being time consuming, we anticipate some queues so please allow extra time to arrive before faceoff.
• You will be asked to show your QR code for the game upon arrival and be issued with a wristband.
• We kindly ask all fans could be in their seats for the end of warmups, we can get our match night DJ getting the atmosphere buzzing for the team!

Food and Drink

• Food and drink is available from the cafeteria in the arena lobby and also from skate hire within the rink. We are waiting on confirmation from Everyone Active on what will be available, but we anticipate this will be snack foods (Hotdogs, Pasta) and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Everyone Active Slough is a licensed premises and alcohol will be available from the lobby and skate hire outlets. You are able to drink these in your seats.
• Please note – Food and drink purchased from outside the arena will not be permitted inside the arena.
• Opposite the rink there is our newest sponsor, Pizza Go Go. Why not head there before the game or grab something to take home with you when the game is finished?

MATCH NIGHT EXTRAS AND ACTIVITIES

Merchandise

We will have a full range of TSI World Bees merchandise, including 2021/2022 jerseys, available at the Bees Supporter’s Club (BSC) table in the lobby and inside the rink.

50/50 and Shirt off the back

50/50 and Shirt off the back raffles will be continuing in our new home in Slough. As with the Spring Cup series, sales for these will be run through Raffall. You can purchase tickets for both competitions from the Tuesday before the game up until 18:30 on a match night. No physical tickets will be available on the night but you can purchase Raffall tickets through the BSC who will help you complete an online purchase.

• 50/50 – win 50% of the cash pot with the other 50% going into the club.
• Shirt off the back – a chance to win a game worn jersey straight from a player’s back.

Chuck a Duck and Chuck a Puck

Also returning for the second intermission will be our Chuck a Duck and Chuck a Puck. These will be available at the BSC table before the game and during the first intermission. Some great prizes to be won!

Bees Schools and Community Activities

Our fantastic schools and community teams will be bringing along activities to all home games for fans to use before the game and during the intermissions. Try your hand as a goalie in a virtual reality arena, test your accuracy on Skill Shot, show off your puck control or get a photo as a keepsake from your night at the hockey in our Snapshot Photobooth Trailer! (Activities will vary week to week. Please check individual game events to see which activities will be available).

Last but by no means least, make sure you meet Buzz as he makes his way around the arena on a match night entertaining the crowd!
